借鉴台湾乡村发展经验推进宁德市乡村振兴战略实施

Promoting the Implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy in Ningde City by Learning from the Experience of Rural Development in Taiwan

摘要: 目的/意义乡村振兴是当前"三农"工作的重点。台湾地区在推进乡村建设与发展中具有丰富的经验，学习借鉴台湾经验，有助于推进宁德市乡村振兴战略的有效实施。方法/过程简要回顾了宁德市实施乡村振兴战略的做法与成效，分析其存在的不足；运用文献分析法分析了台湾地区推进乡村建设与发展的经验，并获得有益启发。结果/结论基于此，提出宁德市应学习借鉴台湾的做法，紧紧围绕"20字总要求"，进一步推进乡村振兴战略实施的对策建议。

Abstract: Objective/MeaningRural revitalization is the focus work of agriculture, countryside and farmers in current. Taiwan has rich experiences in promoting rural construction and development. Learning from Taiwan's experiences will help to implementing rural revitalization effectivly in Ningde.Methods/ProceduresThis paper briefly reviewed the implement and achievements of rural revitalization in Ningde, analyzed its shortcomings, also analyzed the experience of promoting rural construction and development in Taiwan by using literature analysis, finally obtained useful inspiration.Results/ConclusionsBased on this, it is proposed that Ningde should learn from Taiwan's practice and closely focus on the "20-word general requirements" to further promote the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.
