福建省先进制造业技能型人才队伍问题及提升路径

Problems and Improving Paths for Skilled Talents in Advanced Manufacturing Industry in Fujian Province

  • 摘要: 【目的/意义】在竞争日益激烈的开放性市场下,技能型人才的供需不平衡,成为传统制造业突破瓶颈升级先进制造业的核心问题。探索福建省先进制造业技能型人才的问题及提升路径对福建省制造业转型升级有着重要的现实意义。【方法/过程】对福建省先进制造业的现状及存在的问题进行了详细的分析,本着“以人为本”的方针,结合福建省自身特色,提出技能型人才队伍的提升路径。【结果/结论】紧扣“中国制造2025”的号召,提出出台政策、打造区域品牌吸引人才;各方面协调、“二元制”培养模式培养人才;优化产业结构、创造氛围留住人才等对策为福建省先进制造业技能型人才队伍提供理论支撑。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】With the competition of open market increasingly, the imbalance between the supply and demand of skilled talents has become the core obstacle for the traditional manufacturing industry's breakthrough into the advanced one. It is of great significance to explore the problems and upgrading paths for skilled talents of advanced manufacturing in Fujian Province for the transformation and upgrading of Fujian manufacturing industry.【Methods/Procedures】In this paper, we analyzed the status and existing problems of advanced manufacturing industry in Fujian Province in detail, and the improving ways for the talent team were proposed based on the "people-oriented" principle and the characteristics of Fujian Province.【Results/Conclusions】The suggestions for the skilled talent team construction of advanced manufacturing industry in Fujian were as follows:to attract talents by proposing supporting policies and creating regional brand in response to the call of "Made in China 2025"; to cultivate talents with binary system and coordinated resources of all aspect; to optimize industrial structure and create atmosphere to keep the talents.
