Abstract:
【Objective/Meaning】As a large province of tea production, Fujian is rich in tea industry resources. At present, the tea gardens in Fujian are mainly operated by scattered small-scale farmers, which is an obstacle for the large-scale economy development. In this paper, we hope to solve the bottleneck that farmers face in tea production and management by the intensive and large-scale service.【Methods/Procedures】With the large-scale farmers of tea gardens as samples, their demand intention for social service was analyzed using the multivariate regression model, and the influencing factors were also studied.【Results/Conclusions】The results showed that the influencing factors for large-scale tea farmers' demand on financial service included age, education level, village cadres or not, joining cooperatives or not, number of family members involved, annual income of tea, and land circulation price; the influencing factors for large-scale tea farmers' demand on technical service included gender, education level, village cadres or not, annual income of tea, tea garden area, and land circulation price; and influencing factors including gender, education level, cooperative members or not, number of family members involved in tea, annual income of tea, and tea garden area for tea processing and sales service. Based on the above, the policy suggestions, such as improving social service of tea, increasing the service supply, etc., were proposed.
