Transformation and Upgrading of Aquatic Product Cold Chain Logistics from the Prospective of New and Old Kinetic Energy Coversion

  • 摘要: 【目的/意义】贯彻落实新旧动能转换战略,为水产品冷链物流未来的转型升级提供对策建议。【方法/过程】采用定性分析的方法,分析了水产品的供给侧、需求侧、水产品冷链行业的发展现状及新旧动能转换对水产品冷链行业发展的影响等。【结果/结论】根据水产品冷链物流发展存在的问题,提出了其亟须转型与升级的对策建议:打造生鲜品智慧社区冷链系统;做好冷链物流“最先一公里”;构建大数据下的冷链物流集成化平台;打造冷链物流金融模块化和星级化服务体系;打造冷链物流跨界协同与融合体系。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】This paper was aimed to propose several countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of aquatic product cold chain logistics in the future by implementing the new and old kinetic energy conversion strategies.【Methods/Procedures】With qualitative analysis, we analyzed the development status of the aquatic product supply side, the demand side, the cold chain industry, and the impact of the new and old kinetic energy conversion on the development of aquatic product cold chain industry.【Results/Conclusions】According to the problems existed in the aquatic product cold chain logistics, we proposed the countermeasures and suggestions for its urgent transformation and upgrading:built a cold chain system of fresh products for smart communities; do a good job in the "first mile" of the cold chain logistics; construct a cold chain logistics integration platform based on big data; create modularized and star-rated finance service system for the cold chain logistics; establish a cross-border collaboration and integration system for the cold chain logistics.
