Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】The key of tourism poverty alleviation is to benefit and improve the poor, which mainly depends on the precise system design and the innovative poverty alleviation policy.【Methods/Procedures】By investigating the tourism poverty alleviation mode of counties in the Central Soviet Area, the benefit mechanism of farmers(the poor ones) was systematically analyzed by case study, comparative analysis and literature investigation.【Results/Conclusions】Considering to the foundation, key points and security of tourism poverty alleviation, we suggested to emphasize the successful industrial development, farmers' participation and ability improvement, as well as the protection of the ecological environment and culture, which would provide reference for the transformation and innovation of the present tourism poverty alleviation ways, and the efficiency promotion of poverty-alleviating tourism.
