Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】Support for both ambition and wisdom is the endogenous impetus for precise poverty alleviation and the effective way to guarantee sustainable poverty alleviation. This study was aimed to explore effective ambition and wisdom support way, to propose several suggestions, and to make support for both ambition and wisdom come into force.【Methods/Procedures】Using the literature method and the system theory, the existing problem and the reasons at the present stage of poverty alleviation were summarized.【Results/Conclusions】Based on the problems, the corresponding suggestions were put forward as follows:to establish positive incentive mechanism, to arouse the endogenous motive force of poor people, to strengthen training on poverty alleviation cadre, to improve ambition and wisdom support, to promote the fixed cooperation between village and school, to make plan for both ambition and wisdom support, to change the propaganda way of poverty alleviation, to strengthen guidance for ambition support.
