Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】The study provide a vision and window for the reform of "three changes" in rural areas and the modernization of agriculture in mainland China by summarizing the successful experience of large-scale management of Taiwan agriculture for reference.【Methods/Procedures】Through the literature, we analyzed the related news, periodicals, reports, writings, and archives and historical materials on the large-scale management of Taiwan agriculture and the"three changes"reform in rural areas of mainland China, and summarized the problems existed in"three changes"reform and the successful practice of Taiwan scale-agriculture management.【Results/Conclusions】By referring to the successful practice of Taiwan large-scale agricultural management in land reform, cooperative management and rezoning of agricultural land, we proposed to encourage land circulation, adjust and revise laws, cultivate business entities, and provide supporting service mechanisms to promote the"three change"reform in rural areas and develop agricultural large-scale economy in mainland China.
