Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】The increasing demand for agricultural products has forced the development of cold chain logistics industry, and the supply-side structural reform policy for cold-chain logistics has also been put forward by the government of China, indicating that the development of cold chain logistics is of great significance for agricultural products.【Methods/Procedures】In this paper, by reviewing the research papers, summarizing the experience, and analyzing related data, we found the deficiency of cold-chain logistics development, and proposed the corresponding suggestions.【Results/Conclusions】The results showed that the cold-chain logistics in China could develop further, the countermeasures included realizing the cross-border integration of industry, enlarging the basic supporting facilities for cold-chain logistics, strengthening the execution of cold chain standard, increasing the application of intelligent cold chain, and insisting on the green development concept. The cold-chain logistics of agricultural products is the guarantee of food quality and safety, which will realize industrialization, close connection of cold chain links, intellectualization of cold chain facilities, and wisdom of community cold chain in the future development.
