福建省肉牛产业生产现状、空间分布及发展对策

Production Status, Spatial Distribution and Development Strategy for Beef Cattle Industry in Fujian

  • 摘要: 【目的/意义】探讨福建省肉牛产业的发展变化,有助于掌握其发展趋势,并为促进肉牛产业发展提供参考。【方法/过程】运用文献调查法全面收集福建省肉牛产业生产数据,分析其生产现状、问题;采用2015年牛肉产量的县域面板数据、2005-2015年县域时间序列数据,剖析福建省肉牛产业空间分布及演变特征。【结果/结论】牛肉产量较高的区域联结闽西南、闽东南,形成了一个V形带,具有3个主要优势区。其变迁趋势大致为向闽西、闽东进一步扩展,在闽西聚集形成团块增长区;闽东南沿海地区的传统优势依然保持但有所下降;其余地区增长缓慢且曲折。研究认为,应从强化科技支撑、增强饲养户素质、提高养殖规模化水平、加强政府扶持力度、培育加工企业、推进供给侧改革几个方面入手,加快推进福建省肉牛产业发展。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】It will contribute to control the trend of beef cattle industry in Fujian and give reference for the future development by analyzing the industrial development and changes.【Methods/Procedures】Through the literature, the production data of beef cattle industry in Fujian was collected in all-round way, and the production status and existing problems were analyzed. The spatial distribution and evaluation characteristics of beef cattle industry in Fujian were analyzed according to panel data of the beef productivity of counties in Fujian in 2015 and during 2005-2015, respectively.【Results/Conclusion】The counties with high beef production located in the southwest and southeast of Fujian, which showed a V shape with three main superior zones. The beef production mainly increased along west and east Fujian, forming a growing cluster area in the west, and maintaining the consistent advantages of coastal areas in the southeast while declining. The growth of beef cattle production in other areas was slow and bumpy. The results indicated that the suggestions for the beef cattle industry development in Fujian included enhancing scientific and technological support, improving farmers' quality, increasing large-scale breeding, providing more government support, cultivating processing enterprises, and promoting supply-side reform.
