Abstract:
【Objective/Meaning】Farmer cooperative economic organization is an effective institution to improve farmers' organization degree and to deal with the limitation of “big market and small farmers”.In this paper, we introduced the talent mechanism and talent docking mechanism of farmers cooperative economic organization in Fujian and Taiwan in order to further promote the healthy and sustainable development of farmers cooperative economic organizations in Fujian;meanwhile to increase the effects of talent resources optimization, improve the agricultural production and management profits of farmers, and deepen the integration of agriculture and economic between Fujian and Taiwan;and finally to build the win-win situation between both sides.【Methods/Procedures】On the basis of the present situation of human resources for farmers cooperatives in Fujian Province, the talent management mode of Mintaiyuan high mountain tea producing and marketing professional cooperatives was analyzed as an example.【Results/Conclusion】Based on the above results, several countermeasures for the establishment of talent docking mechanism of farmers cooperative economic organization in Fujian and Taiwan were put forward, including the talent training and development mechanism, the talent incentive and guarantee mechanism, and the talent flow and disposition mechanism.
