Abstract: The Report of the 19^th CPC National Congress pointed out that the main contradiction of our country at this stage is the contradiction between the people's ever-growing needs for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development. The idea of sharing economy to reduce waste of resources and the participation of all people is of great relevance to the concept of "all elements, the whole industry and full participation" of comprehensive tourism, which are both effective ways to solve the current major contradiction in China. By analyzing the current situations of tourism development in Fuzhou under the sharing economic background, the problems of comprehensive tourism in Fuzhou were summarized, such as the geographical location obstacle of southern Fujian triangle, lack of capital investment, relative insufficiency of projects with powerful influence, imperfect tourism management system, etc. On this basis, the promotion and development strategies for tourism development in Fuzhou were put forward, including relying on "tourism +", innovating supervision system, deepening regional cooperation and increasing policy support.
