Abstract:
The geographic location of the economic circle of Mindong (East Fujian) white tea was defined, and the industrial foundation, advantages and features and disadvantages for the construction of the economic circle were analyzed in this paper. Then the corresponding development strategies, including vigorously publicizing the pharmacological function of white tea, expanding the export of white tea, developing local markets, enhancing product quality and safety, and strengthening the development of new products, were proposed by making full use of the special pharmacological characteristics of white tea and the historical advantages for export, aiming to promote the construction and development of the economic circle of white tea in East Fujian.
