Abstract: In this paper, we firstly elaborate the connotation of tourism precise poverty alleviation, thinking that the core of tourism precise poverty alleviation is targeted implementation, the goal is realization of poverty alleviation and the essence is developing "hematopoietic function". On the basis of thorough analysis on the advantages and restrictive factors of precise poverty alleviation by rural tourism, the main path of rural tourism precise poverty alleviation were proposed, mainly including:the establishment of multi-agent coordination mechanism, the implementation of multi-mode operation, the integrated multi-industry development pattern, the construction of multi-level training system, the promotion of the "Five Hua" rural tourism overall development concept, etc.
