Abstract: Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Guangdong, the provinces with advanced economy and agriculture, have explored and accumulated a lot of good patterns and experience in agricultural scientific and technological achievement transformation with pilot and demonstrative function, which can provide positive reference for the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievement in Fujian. In this paper, we summarized the practices and achievements of modern agricultural scientific and technological achievement transformation in the three advanced provinces, revealed the enlightenment gained from the advanced experience, and proposed some related countermeasures based on Fujian's situation to lead and speed up the transformation and application of agricultural scientific and technological achievement in Fujian.
