Abstract: Cooperation between village collective and enterprise is an organic manifestation of agricultural industrialization, a mode of collective industrialization in the development of new rural economy, and an inevitable product of collective economic development, which is workable in practice.In this paper, we analyzed the developing way, receiving achievements, and existing problems for the cooperation mode of village collective organization and enterprise in Xiepeng Village, which would provide reference for accelerating the economy construction of new countryside and optimizing the collective industry structure.
