Abstract: According to Petty-Clark Theorem, the cooperative relationship between the industrial structure and the economic development based on GDP in Fujian were empirically analyzed using the grey correlation method, and the grey correlation degree between GDP and the first, second, and tertiary industry were obtained.It was indicated that the second industry made the most significant contribution for the economic growth of Fujian, followed by the tertiary industry and the first industry.Based on the above results, the corresponding suggestion for optimizing the industrial structure and improving economic development of Fujian were proposed.
