Abstract: With analytic hierarchy process (AHP), 11 evaluation indexes related to the basic conditions of heritage sites, the potential for leisure agriculture development and the value of heritage sites were selected to construct the evaluation system for leisure agriculture development potential in agricultural heritage areas.The expert weight assignment was investigated with Delphi method, and the indicators were calculated for results.Based on the evaluation results, the development strategy for leisure agriculture development in the agricultural heritage areas of Fujian Province was put forward, including the rational development and utilization of recreational agricultural resources, the improvement of the traffic conditions of heritage sites, paying attention to the value characteristics of agricultural cultural heritage sites, and innovating the development patterns of leisure agriculture.
