Abstract: As the economy transforming from industryleading to serviceleading, China has stepped into the new normal era of service economy. Based on the developing status and problems in supply side reform of agricultural services in Fujian province, combined with the status of “Agriculture, Farmer and Rural Area” works and the supply side reform policy “cut overcapacity, destocking, deleverage, cost reduction, shortage improvement”, it was suggested that for Fujian, it was important to make the contemporary and longterm plans for modern agriculture development, systematically design the further development direction and structure, and carry out reform accordingly, in order to promote the supply side structural reform of agricultural service industry and receive practical achievements.
