Abstract: The rapid development of “Internet Plus” technology provides a great platform for the dissemination of rural practical technology. The communication way of rural practical technology, also the course of rural practical technology processing, directly decides the impact and function of practical technology in serving “Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers”. In this article, the realistic problems, ideas and means of rural practical technology online training under “Internet Plus” background were studied, and the theoretical feasibility and innovation of rural practical technology communication model were discussed. It was concluded that various modes of communication of the rural practical technology online training would agree more with the actual situation of “Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers”, which could make sure the influences and effects of practical technology online training.
