Abstract: As the information and communication technology(TCA) developing rapidly in the E-times, the computer, network and multimedia technologies provided abundant information resources and convenient ways to acquire, manage, create and exchange them for agricultural researchers. The rapid changes brought new challenge to the agricultural researchers. It was a problem how to effectively utilize the modern information technology to change the working idea and innovating pattern, which needed to be thought and solved by agricultural researchers for doing research effectively in new network era .
