Abstract: Construction of agricultural pilot reform could accelerate the exploration of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics, and positively lead the development of agriculture and rural economy. National Modern Agriculture Demonstration Zone of Fuqing is one of 25 agricultural reform pilot areas in China. By introducing the general status of agricultural development of Fuqing, the exploration and practice on agricultural pilot reform of Fuqing were summarized, including agricultural management system, industrial system, investment and financing system, insurance system, production system, etc. And the problems existed in the construction process were pointed out, and relevant policy suggestions were put forward.
