Abstract: Main problems existed in Wulin Community in the urbanization situations were summarized, and the successful experience of Taiwan community building were analyzed in this paper. Then several countermeasures for the sustainable development of Wulin Community were put forward, including the cultivation of community awareness, the integration of community resources, uniting the community power, the establishment of community college, beautifying the community environment, and so on.
