Abstract:
Based on the inputoutput data of circulation industry of 31 provinces (cities) from 2005 to 2015, the temporal and spatial evolution of circulation efficiency was analyzed with DEAESDA model. The results showed that the overall puretechnical efficiency of circulation industry was low, the comprehensive circulation efficiency in eastern China was higher than those in central and western regions, and the incoordination of circulation inputoutput in the western regions was severe. Significant differences were observed among the circulation efficiency of the eastern, central and western regions with similar level in inner areas. The spatial distribution of provincial circulation efficiency of China was with obvious autocorrelation characteristics, and the clustering trend grew strong. As the circulation efficiency declining in east, center, and west China order, the high circulation efficiency circles in space were mainly distributed in the east, and the low ones mainly in the west, which were gradient changed gradually. The high circulation efficiency circles was evolved with “coreclustercore” law mainly in the Yangtze River Delta and Bohai economic core. Therefore in the developing process of circulation industry, we need to increase the introduction of talents into central and western regions, enhance the ability of technology absorption, and make full use of the spillover effect of eastern region agglomeration to promote the linkage of regional circulation industry, reinforce the coordinated development between regional economy and circulation industry, and finally increase economic development efficiency.
