Abstract: In this paper, the developing status of cultural and creative industries in Zengcuoan Community of Xiamen City were firstly summarized, and main problems existed in the process of community construction in Zengcuoan Community were analyzed. Then, by referring to the experience of Yong’an Community in Taiwan, the developing path for integration of community construction and cultural and creative industries in Zengcuoan Community was discussed. The countermeasures were as follows: participate in community building in many ways, build community with normal and regular cultural exchange between Fujian and Taiwan, construct“Internet plus” wisdom tourism platform, fully excavate community resources to increase community participation, and cultivate talents good at both community construction and cultural creativity.
