Abstract: Logistics services and industry development are accompanied by each other. There is a long history of logistics cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan. As the relationship between Fujian and Taiwan becoming better in the new period, the economy and trade connection is being upgraded, the economy of the west side of Taiwan Strait is developing rapidly, and the communication of people, goods and commodity between both is becoming increasingly normal, which making logistics cooperation the key point of crossstrait economic trade. In this study, current situations of logistics cooperation were firstly analyzed, and the existing problems were discussed. Then the corresponding countermeasures were put forward to promote the development of logistic cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, including increasing political mutual trust on each other, promoting industrial docking of both sides, Fujian's more learning from advanced logistics technology and management experiences of Taiwan and training uptodate logistics management talents, etc.
