Abstract: As an important part of green finance, the carbon finance is the future direction of economic development, and its development plays an important role in building the lowcarbon economy. The development model of carbon finance in Fujian was analyzed based on the three modes including creditled mode, product design mode and participating trade mode. Then, the current problems existing in the development of carbon finance in Fujian were concluded. Finally, according to the concrete conditions of Fujian and drawing the advanced experience of carbon finance from developed countries, the countermeasures on the development model of carbon finance in Fujian were pointedly put forward.
