Abstract: The development of county urbanization is relatively lagging behind, and it will result in insufficient capacity for development only relying on the promotion of industry. The development of agricultural industrial cluster is an important driving force of the county urbanization, and its rapid development will be conducive to promoting the process of county urbanization. By studying the positive effect of agricultural industrial cluster on the development of county urbanization, which included raising the farmers’ employment rate, increasing their income, and improving the rural infrastructure construction, and by taking the urbanization development of Longyan City in Fujian as an example, the development path of agricultural industrial cluster in promoting the county urbanization was explored in this paper.
