Abstract: The agricultural supplyside reform is the key link of the current rural work. The development of seed industry is the precondition for the adjustment of agricultural structure. Therefore, strengthening the exchange and cooperation of the crossstrait seed industries is of great significance to promote the agricultural supplyside reform. The development process and existing problems of the exchange and cooperation of the crossstrait seed industries under the background of agricultural supplyside reform were analyzed in this paper. Then, some countermeasures were put forward to promote the exchange and cooperation of the crossstrait seed industries.
