Abstract: In recent years, as the deepening and expanding cooperation in the crossstrait agriculture, the pace of the upgrading and transformation of vegetable industry in the Chinese mainland has been accelerating, making the vegetable industry become an important field of the crossstrait agricultural cooperation. The status of the crossstrait vegetable industry cooperation was analyzed and the existing problems in it including policies, regulations, technology, institutions and plant variety protection were also explored in depth. Then, some corresponding countermeasures were proposed from the aspects of research and development, variety technology introduction, industry integration, investment and entrepreneurship.
