Abstract: By analyzing the general development situation of cross-border e-commerce of Fujian’s textile and garment foreign trade enterprises, the existing problems faced by the textile and garment foreign trade enterprises in the development of cross-border e-commerce were pointed out. Then, the countermeasures were put forward including increasing the competitiveness of Fujian’s textile and garment foreign trade enterprises, enhancing the logistics service, improving the transaction security, and cultivating the interdisciplinary talents, thus to promote the prosperous development of cross-border e-commerce of Fujian’s textile and garment foreign trade enterprises.
