Abstract: The industrial technology alliance, as a new industry-university-research cooperation innovation organization, has played a more and more important role in promoting the sustainable innovative development of industry. The developing status and construction necessity for the technological innovation alliance of agricultural industry in Fujian were introduced firstly in this paper. Then, it was put forward that the six types of industrial innovation alliance, which involved in Fujian modern seed industry, Fujian characteristic agricultural products, Fujian ecology, Fujian modern facility agriculture, Fujian agricultural culture and the agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, should be constructed based on the regional characteristic agriculture in Fujian.
