Abstract:  The present situation of rural financial development in Fujian was analyzed from the two aspects of the development of rural financial system and the financial needs of farmers. Then,the reasons why the level of rural financial services in Fujian was not high were discussed. Last, the countermeasures for perfecting the rural financial services in Fujian were put forward including optimizing the rural financial structure, improving the rural financial environment, and strengthening the innovation of rural financial products and services, etc.
