Abstract:  The rural poor women are the key objects of the financial targeted poverty alleviation, which is of great significance to help the rural women to reduce and get rid of poverty and also improve the development of rural economy. By using the PEST model, the present situation of financial poverty alleviation of rural women in China was analyzed from the four aspects of policies and laws, supply and demand of capital market, social credit and financial innovation. And then the problems exited in the current financial poverty alleviation were summarized. Finally, the countermeasures were put forward to innovate the path for financial targeted poverty alleviation by combining with the entrepreneurship and employment situation of rural women in China and the difficulties and obstacles faced by the financial targeted poverty alleviation.
