Abstract:
Based on the survey data of farmers’ satisfaction with the rural public cultural facilities in 66 administrative villages of the nine cities in Fujian Province, an empirical analysis was carried out by using the principal component analysis. The results showed that: (1) The satisfaction evaluation of various public cultural facilities had correlations and there was also a correlation between farmers’ individual characteristics and their satisfaction evaluation with the managers; (2) Farmers’ satisfaction with the basic public cultural facilities would affect their satisfaction with the overall public cultural products; (3) The number of family members and family income would not have a significant impact on the satisfaction with the public cultural facilities, but the level of farmers’personal quality would have a significant impact on the satisfaction. Based on this, the countermeasures on how to improve farmers’satisfaction with the rural public cultural facilities were put forward.
