Abstract: The moving trend of tea economy under the new normal is mainly introduced in this paper, that is, the tea economy under the new normal will change the past development model which relied on area expansion and external energy input; and the tea industry will achieve the upgrading and development of industrial chain, and further develop the secondary and tertiary industries such as the deep processing of tea and tea culture tourism, while guaranteeing the stable tea processing. Moreover, the ecological tea gardens of sustainable development will be established based on the new modes of production and planting, thus to improve the quality of human capital, and achieve the transition from extensive development to intensive development by using the scientific and technological innovation, etc.
