Abstract: Since the 1990s, the development of ecotourism in China’s natural reserves has been on the upsurge, and more and more managers, practitioners, tourists have been involved in the activities of related fields, which led to a series of contradictions and conflicts. Based on the current situation of ecotourism development in China’s nature reserves, the problems that the nature reserves faced in the development of ecotourism because of the different protection and development goals between the stakeholders were pointed out from the perspective of stakeholders. Then, the relevant reasonable countermeasures were put forward.
