Abstract: The deep integration of Internet with every field has promoted social progress and development. As the main base of scientific research, it is imperative that universities should adapt to the changing circumstances, especially in the aspect of scientific research management mode, that is, to explore an effective way to integrate Internet and scientific research, in order to further promote the innovative development of scientific research management in universities. From the perspective of “Internet Plus”, the challenges and opportunities which the universities’ scientific research management faced under the trend of “Internet Plus”were analyzed in this paper, and the ways to introduce crowd sourcing, crowd funding and mass innovation into scientific research management were also explored. Then, some feasible suggestions were put forward to promote the development of scientific research management mode in universities.
