福建省生态农业评价体系构建与实证分析

Construction of Evaluation Index System on Fujian Ecological Agriculture and Its Empirical Analysis

  • 摘要: 我国自古以农为本,农业现代化与生态文明建设占据了经济社会可持续发展的重要位置,是解决三农问题的必由之路。为此,须兼顾农业发展的“质”与“量”。一方面,要借助现代科学技术和手段,发展高效农业。另一方面,农业发展过程中要以自然承载力为依据,实现生态安全。研究福建省生态农业发展水平以及各部分协调关系正是为了实现高效生态农业目标,试图找出福建省发展生态农业的基本方向,为农业的可持续发展提供一些帮助。该文以“压力-状态-响应”的思路构建起指标体系,对福建省生态农业发展水平进行评价研究,在此基础上分析压力、状态、响应类指标的协调关系,并提出具体建议。

     

    Abstract: Since ancient times, China has been agriculture-based, and the construction of agricultural modernization and ecological civilization has occupied an important position in the sustainable development of economy and society, which is the only way to solve rural issues. Therefore, both the “quality” and “quantity” of agricultural development should be taken into account. On the one hand, the efficient agriculture should be developed with the help of modern science and technology. On the other hand, the agricultural development should be based on natural carrying capacity in order to achieve ecological security. The research on the development level of ecological agriculture and the coordinated relations among the various parts of Fujian aims to achieve the goal of efficient ecological agriculture, trying to find the basic direction of ecological agricultural development in Fujian, thus to provide some help for the sustainable agricultural development. Therefore, according to the pressure-state-response ideas, the index system was built in this paper to evaluate the development level of ecological agriculture in Fujian. Then, the coordinated relations among stress, state and response indicators were analyzed and the specific proposals were further put forward.
