Abstract: Based on the relevant data of economic growth and industrial pollution emissions from 2007 to 2014 in Fujian, and by using Tapio decoupling model to analyze the decoupling relationship between economic growth and industrial pollution emissions in Fujian, it was concluded that: since the 11th Five Year Plan, the economic growth and the emissions of industrial wastewater and sulfur dioxide in Fujian have basically realized strong decoupling effect, while the emissions of solid waste and dust have had strong or weak decoupling effect that appeared alternately. Then, based on the results, the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
