Abstract: The agricultural experts from both sides of Taiwan Strait gathered in Longyan of Fujian to analyze the agricultural development, ecological environment and development patterns from multiple views. It was thought that the construction and development of ecological agricultural economical zone had great potential and rich connotation, which was not only the inevitable trend of green development, but also a new concept to accelerate industrial transformation & upgrading and transform the agricultural development pattern. As a new pattern for the development of regional modern agriculture, it played an important promoting role in constructing the management technical system of modern ecological agriculture and improving the mechanism of urban and rural equivalent exchange. Then, a series of countermeasures were put forward for accelerating the construction of ecological agricultural economical zone, including the theoretical basis, technical infrastructure, industry mode and mechanism innovation of ecological agricultural economical zone. Furthermore, the planning practices for ecological agricultural economical zone were discussed and shared.
