Abstract:
Along with the development of economy, the logistics industry that supports economic development has developed rapidly. Meanwhile, the effects of logistics on the environment have been a rising concern, and there are more and more negative effects. However, Japanese enterprises always pay attention to the effects of logistics on the environment. There are some gaps in the development of green logistics between China and Japan. Therefore, it is necessary for China to learn from Japanese experience to develop the environmentally friendly logistics, including raising the awareness of the government and enterprises on green logistics, improving the efficiency of transportation, making the transition of green transportation mode, implementing green logistics technology, strengthening the cooperation of supply chain in upstream and downstream enterprises, and achieving the smooth reverse logistics.
