Abstract: As an important environmental management system, the environmental impact assessment is the prerequisite for the development and construction of leisure agriculture. In this paper, the basic connotation and key contents of the environmental impact assessment of leisure agriculture construction project are described. Then, in view of the existing problems in the environmental impact assessment, some countermeasures were put forward, which included strengthening the management of EIA agencies, guiding the public to participate effectively, and perfecting the EIA approval system.
