Abstract: Taking the diamond model as basic theory, the competitiveness evaluation index system of cultural industry was built up by using the five elements, including production factors, demand conditions, relevant supportive industries, industrial structure and competitiveness, the government actions and opportunities & advantages. Then, the factors influencing the competitiveness of cultural industry in Fujian were empirically analyzed with the factor analysis method, which concluded that the main factors were production factors, relevant supportive industries, industrial structure and competitiveness. Last, the countermeasures were put forward for improving the competitiveness of cultural industry in Fujian, such as making full use of cultural resources, innovating the talent training methods of cultural industry, etc.
