理事长社会资本对合作社经营绩效影响的分析——基于福建3家典型示范社的分析

Impact of the Social Capitals of Directors on the Business Performance of Cooperatives——Based on the Analysis of Three Typical Cooperatives in Fujian

  • 摘要: 作为合作社的领头人,理事长的社会资本对于合作社的发展有着非常大的影响。以福建省3家典型示范社为案例,初步探讨了理事长社会资本对合作社经营绩效的影响,分析结果认为:人才的匮乏是制约合作社发展的一个重要原因,政府要加大投入与扶持,强化对农村各类各层次人才的教育和培训;合作社理事长必须树立和强化现代经营理念与意识,要特别重视与加强对社会资本的学习与积累;应健全制度规范以促进理事长社会关系资本的发挥与运用。

     

    Abstract: As the leaders of cooperatives, the social capitals of directors have a significant impact on the development of cooperatives. By taking three typical cooperatives in Fujian as examples, the impact of directors’ social capitals on the business performance of cooperatives was preliminary explored in this paper. The result of the analysis showed that the lack of talents was an important reason for restricting the development of cooperatives. Therefore, the government should provide more investment and support to strengthen the education and training for talented people at all levels in rural areas; the directors of cooperatives should set up and strengthen their modern management idea and consciousness and also value particularly and reinforce their learning and accumulation of social capitals; the system standardization should be improved, thus to effectively promote the exertion and use of directors’ social capitals.
