Abstract:
Nowadays, the consumers have insufficient understanding of organic food and are easy to get confused on organic food, which results in the confusion of organic food market and the consumers’ low trust in organic food. By taking the urban residents in Fuzhou as the main respondents and selecting the variables such as age, educational level and profession, the binary logistic model was established to analyze the factors affecting consumers’ recognition of organic food. Then, based on the research results, the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
