Abstract: In order to promote the development of basic-level agricultural extension training education in Yunxiao County, with the use of field interviews and questionnaire surveys, the existing problems in basic-level agricultural extension training education in Yunxiao County were revealed, which included imperfect promotion system, low quality of training personnel, insufficient supply and disjointed supply and demand of agricultural science and technology, backward thoughts and ideas of farmers, inadequate funds and imperfect legal construction. Last, the countermeasures were put forward from the aspects such as establishing complete system of basic-level agricultural extension training education and talent team, deepening the reform of agricultural scientific research system, innovating training methods, establishing diversified financing channels and perfect legal system.
