Abstract: The strategies of science & technology and talents strengthing Fujian province were the basic strategies for Fujian’s economic development. Based on the existing policies for promoting scientific and technological talent development in Fujian, 205 scientific and technological talents in Fujian were investigated, in order to obtain the evaluation of scientific and technological talents on existing policies, their needs for future policies and their views and suggestions on talent introduction modes. The results showed that the problems in the existing policies included that the talent development system was not perfect, the innovation environment still needed to be improved, the policy integrity and technology public service platform were weak, etc. Then, the countermeasures for improvement were accordingly put forward.
