Abstract: By taking the agricultural college students of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as a case, and using the questionnaire survey, interview method and Logistic model to collect and analyze relevant data, the main factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of agricultural college students were empirically analyzed. Then, the constraints in entrepreneurship of agricultural college students were summarized. The countermeasures were pointedly put forward including leading students to rectify entrepreneurial ideas and strengthening risk awareness, cultivating entrepreneurial awareness and expanding financing channels, establishing a sound entrepreneurship training system and strengthening entrepreneurship education, perfecting support policies for entrepreneurship and improving the entrepreneurial environment.
