Abstract: Since Jiangxi Province put forward the economic development strategy of “three bases and a backyard garden” in 2001, the industrial parks in Jiangxi have made rapid development and growth. As the domestic regional industrial transfer has carried out the idea that industries must be carried into the parks since the beginning, the industrial parks have become the main battlefield and bearing area to undertake industrial transfer. Based on the detailed data of Jiangxi’s 94 industrial parks, a vertical comparison was made on the current situation and development of Jiangxi’s industrial parks to undertake industrial transfer in this paper. Then, the competitiveness of Jiangxi’s industrial parks to undertake industrial transfer was analyzed. Last, the countermeasures were put forward, such as accelerating the construction of infrastructures in industrial parks, selecting the right point to undertake industrial transfer and refusing the access of highpolluting enterprises, thus to promote Jiangxi’s industrial parks to undertake industrial transfer.
