Abstract: Based on the current situation of citrus industry in Fujian, the imported citrus situation in the Chinese mainland from Taiwan was analyzed. Then, by using the theory of supply elasticity and the Nerlove model, the impact of ECFA’s implementation on the price elasticity of citrus supply was discussed. The results showed that the citrus supply was inelastic in Fujian. In the short run, the implementation of ECFA has made the elasticity of citrus supply become larger, while in the long run, the supply elasticity has changed little. Therefore, the corresponding countermeasures were further put forward, thus to promote the sound and sustainable development of citrus industry in Fujian.
